Upgrade notes

^1.x to 2.0.0

1. This version of EnsōCopy requires version ^4.0 of EnsōCore.

2. The old menuitem definition found in the config at enso.newsletter.admin_menu_item has been removed. If you are still using this, you should move your definition to enso.crud.ensonewsletter.menuitem to be in line with other CRUD configuration files and update your EnsoMenu::addItem call.
